POST IT! responds to our Members’ desire to buy and sell more art. Remoteness, freight costs and limited display space can make it difficult to discover new artists and connect with buyers. By presenting small works online and in our Gallery, we are creating an accessible opportunity to buy and sell art across Queensland.
Led by Exhibitions and Programs Manager Alex Grady, the team will curate 55 artworks for presentation in the Gallery and sale online, with delivery arranged before the new year.
Submissions requirements:
- Artwork must fit within either a:
- Medium Australia Post prepaid box (24 × 19 × 12 cm)
- A4 envelope
- Artwork can be in any medium
- Multiple entries per artist are welcome
- Artists must be Flying Arts Members to apply
Not a Member?
Either become an Accredited Member with public liability, professional indemnity and personal accident insurance, or a Standard Member.
Key Dates:
- Submissions close: Monday 26 October 2026, 3:00pm
- Entrants notified: Friday 30 October 2026
- Artwork delivery: by Monday 16 November 2026
- Exhibition dates: Thursday19 November - Thursday 10 December 2026
