GC Creative Events Inc. — Global Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for and attending this event, you (referred to as the "Participant" or "Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Behavior & Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Space: GC Creative Events Inc. is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all artists, cultural workers, and community members. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Environmental Stewardship: Many of our events take place in delicate natural ecosystems, including Hand Bent Banana Arts, Nature & Health Centre. Participants must respect the local flora, fauna, and geography. Please adhere to a strict "leave no trace" policy—dispose of all waste appropriately and protect the natural assets of the venue.

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

  • Outdoor & Nature Conditions: You acknowledge that participating in nature-based, outdoor arts experiences involves inherent conditions (such as uneven terrain, natural water elements, changing weather, and wildlife).

  • Personal Responsibility: Dressing appropriately for an outdoor environment (e.g., bring sun protection, wear enclosed footwear).

  • Liability Waiver: To the full extent permitted by law, Creatives Inc. and the host venue accept no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained by any participant during the event, however caused.

Alcohol, Smoking & Harmful Substances

  • Family-Friendly Environment: Unless explicitly stated as a licensed event, our community gatherings are family-friendly.

  • Venue Policies: Smoking, vaping, or the use of illicit substances is strictly prohibited on or near the event premises.

Photography & Media Release

  • Documentation of Regional Arts: Creatives Inc. regularly documents events through photography and video to celebrate our creative community, secure future funding/grants, and promote programs on our website, social media, and member portal.

  • Opting Out: By registering, you grant us permission to use your image in these promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our event coordinators or the photographer at the commencement of the event.

Cancellations & Weather Updates

  • Inclement Weather: Because our programs often blend art and nature, scheduled outdoor events may be modified, postponed, or canceled in the event of extreme or unsafe weather.

  • Notifications: Registered attendees will be notified of any venue changes or cancellations via the email address linked to their revolutionise.com.au profile.
