Collingwood Throws Club is an opportunity to participate in a throws event under competition conditions.

Each competition is run as per the AVSL controlled sheets.  Top 3 female and male athletes who throw over the standard will qualify for three extra throws.

Six rounds of the Throws Club will be held fortnightly on a Thursday evening from 7-8pm from January to March 2026.

There will be a maximum of 20 places per Round.

Round 4 - February 26 - Javelin 

Round 5 - March 12 - Discus

Round 6 - March 26 - Hammer
