Published Fri 13 Oct 2023

Welcome to Round 2!

This week kicks off tonight with our Men's competition at Stanhope Gardens, followed by our Saturday competition tomorrow.

We all hope that everyone had a great Round 1, it was fantastic to see so many people out on the Diamond, especially those new to Softball / Teeball and CNSA. There are many Softball memories to be created this season and we hope you have started to create these already. A shout out and congratulations to our RBI Players of the week!

Blast Ball starts this week, our 3-5 year old program that is about having fun, learning new skills, making new friends and also allowing parents/family members and their kids an opportunity to spend time outdoors with each other whilst learning about our great game. It's never to late to join so if you know anyone just have them come along, Diamond 7 at 9:30am.

A few reminders...

  • Our Umpire in Charge Rob McIntosh is looking for umpires to join our Blues in Training program. If you are interested in umpiring please email him at umpires@cumberlandsoftball.org.au
  • Interested in Coaching? We would loe to hear from you as we look to run a course in the upcoming weeks. We are looking for expressions of interest in who would like to attend. Please email secretary@cumberlandsoftball.org.au if you are interested.

  • Each club has setup duties, be sure to check in when your team has them, many hands make light work!
