Event Times The Challenge Games

Track & Field athletes that require physical classification will be given the opportunity in 2025 in Townsville at THE CHALLENGE GAMES.  Athletes from 8yrs with a Physical disability  that are looking to get a physical classification, for further information about arranging an appointment for classification.

To register for your appointment, please send through a copy of your most recent medical documentation, along with your appointment preference (AM/PM, 24/25) to the Athletics Australia Classification Team at classification@athletics.org.au

Gail Brodie Para-Athletics Trial (previously named Invitational) is an opportunity for primary and secondary school  athletes who wish to proceed to the Northern School Trials.

Students need to meet qualifying standards for the event and be classified for their disability to be eligible to compete at the State Championships.

Events on offer are the 100m:200m:400m:800m:Long Jump: Shot Put: Discus: Race Running: Wheel Chair

Athletes are required to be classified for this event and provide classification information when registering.
