Each Ceres performer, coach and parent attending camp will need to complete the form: DUE SUNDAY 17TH MAY, 2026.

Please note, if you have multiple children attending, you need to complete the form once per child.

Please note: on Saturday, the Safety & Emergency Info briefing for Juniors & Inters will take place at 1pm so please be on time.

Sub Juniors will have a separate briefing upon arrival.
