Each Ceres performer, coach and parent attending camp will need to complete the form.

Please note, if you have multiple children attending, you need to complete the form once per child.

Seniors	Fri 14/03 - 6.30pm for 7pm start	Sat 15/03 - 4pm

 

Please note: on Saturday, the Safety & Emergency Info briefing for Juniors & Inters will take place at 1pm so please be on time.

Sub Juniors will have a separate briefing upon arrival.
