Get ready to shake off the frost and bring the heat this winter with Winter Softball at Ridley Reserve!
Hosted by Eastern Park Demons Softball Club, this season we’re cranking up the vibes, lacing up the cleats (or something warm-ish), and bringing the FUN back to the field.

🎉 Who: Adults & children over 12 of all skill levels. Everyone is welcome! ***
🤑 Cost: Players - $100 for seniors, $70 for juniors. RevSport registration required. Please use the link below for RevSport registration if not currently registered for the 25/26 season.
*Payment plans available, please contact us to arrange. A $30 deposit is required during registration.*
Umpires / Scorers / Team Managers NOT playing - No season fee but RevSport registration still required.

Food & Drinks will be sold on the day. Teams may be allocated a game time slot to staff the BBQ & drink area each week.

*** It is recommended that children are age 12 years and over to participate. Younger children will be allowed with written parental permission.
Rules:
Games will be played at Ridley Reserve on Saturdays with game times being 11am, 1pm and 3pm. *Subject to change depending on final number of teams.*
Teams will be mixed Men, Women, Non-Binary/Other and Children. It is recommended that children are age 12 and over to participate. Younger children will be allowed with written parental permission. If there are enough Junior registrations, the competition will be split to Seniors & Juniors.
Teams will be formed by the organising committee considering gender and age balances, players who can fill key positions and preferences indicated on the registration form. Uniform shirt colours will be assigned to your team. Player numbers are not required.
Teams will supply their own equipment including bats, gloves, helmets and catching gear.
Games will be 75 minutes duration with a 7-run limit per innings. The “Run ahead rule” will not apply.
As this is a social competition, you may not pitch if you have pitched in a state or national representative team, or a division 1 team in your usual competition within the last 2 years.
There will be a limit of 2 innings per pitcher
Pitching distance: Experienced Male age 15 and over: 46 feet
Experienced Female age 15 and over: 43 feet
Novice/inexperienced adults and juniors under 15: 40 feet
Non-Binary/other – please choose the distance which best aligns with
your strength and experience.
Bases will be set at 60ft
