The final timetable is now available on the link below. The times listed are the scheduled event start times, so please be at the event area around 10mins before. For track events, the marshalling tent is located just past the 100m start line. All track athetes must go there to check in for your track event. For Field events, please go to the event location. Be careful when crossing the track that there are no track races in progress.
If you have ordered printed program, these can be collected from near the recording marquee, or you may collect them Friday afternoon at the oval between 3pm and 6pm

The 12year Girls 100m Sprint will have a prelim heat at 1.30pm Saturday. The top 8 times will progress to the final, approx 2.30pm Saturday.
At regional carnivals like this one, clubs are given field areas to assist in. These are the areas allocated to clubs, but please offer your assistance no matter the field area or which club it is allocated to.
Food and Coffee Van will be onsite all weekend. (Cash and EFTPOS)
Multi Draw Raffle Tickets $1.00 each (Cash Only)

Athletes aged 4yrs to 9yrs will be presented with a participation medallion. Athletes aged 10yrs and above compete for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medallions in each age group/gender. Age groups are 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, U18 (16-17), U20 (18-19), Open (20-29), Masters.
