Central Coast Players and Officials win awards at HNSW Awards dinner

Central Coast Hockey Assoc has been well represented at the Hockey NSW Annual Awards event tonight. A total of 4 awards were handed out to local players, Clubs and officials.

 

Lain Carr from Gosford Hockey club has capped off a fantastic 12 mths being chosen as the 2018 Junior Male Outdoor player of the year.

Alexander Jones from the Norah Head Panthers Hockey club was selected as the Community Junior Official of the year award. AJ has umpired a number of State Championship finals in 2018 and also stepped up to umpire a number of games in the Huner Coast Mens Premier League comp.

Zeke Newman took out the Senior Male umpire of the year award

The Norah Head Panthers Hockey club won the Hockey NSW Community event of the year for their Annual Pink Week fundraiser which raises money for the McGrath Foundation. The club has raised nearly $100,000 since the events inception in 2013.
