We're thrilled to announce an exciting new Coach Mentoring & Junior Player Development Program, led by Ben Senior, Head Coach of the forner NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) program.
This is a fantastic opportunity to invest in the future of hockey on the Central Coast by developing both our players and our coaches.

Whether you coach *Under 10s, juniors, seniors, representative teams* or you're just beginning your coaching journey, *we want you there!
This program is designed to:
π Learn new coaching skills and training drills
π Gain ideas from one of Australia's leading coaches
π Build confidence and coaching capability
π Help create a consistent player development pathway across our Association
We strongly encourage every club to support this initiative by having as many coaches as possible attend.

Initial Coach Information Session
π *Saturday 25 July*
π *9:00am*
Meet Ben, learn about the program, explore the coaching philosophy and experience practical skill development. Following this, each session coaches will be given new skills and drills they will coach our juniors through in the junior development program.
### π Junior Development Program
Each age group will participate in a *4-week development block*, beginning with core fundamental skills before progressing to more advanced concepts each week. Both coaches and players will be learning and building on new skills each session.
