🛡️ Working with Children Check (WWCC) Requirements At Cabravale Fairfield Athletics, the safety and wellbeing of our athletes is our highest priority. Cabravale Fairfield Athletics has always required all volunteers working with our athletes to hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and provide their WWCC details to the club.

NSW Athletics has recently strengthened its Child Safe requirements. As a result, all parents and volunteers who wish to enter the field in any volunteer capacity—including Age Managers, Parent Helpers, event officials, or any other volunteer role—must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and provide their details to the club.

If you already have a valid WWCC, please upload your WWCC details during the registration process.

📝 Registration Instructions

Step 1 – Register Yourself First (Parent/Carer) 👤 If you will be volunteering as an Age Manager, Parent Helper, or in any other on-field volunteer role, you must register yourself first.

● ✅ Select “NEW MEMBER – I have never registered for NSW Athletics before.”

● 🧾 Enter your details and choose WWCC as your membership type.

● ⛔ Do not proceed to checkout yet.

● ➕ Instead, click “Register Another Member” to add your children.

Step 2 – Register Your Children 👧🧒

Complete the registration for each child.

● 🔁 Returning members: Select Returning Member and use your existing login or National ID.

● 🆕 New members: Have proof of age ready to upload during registration or present it to the club if requested.

Step 3 – Register Any Other Parent Helpers 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

If another parent or carer will regularly attend and assist throughout the season, please register them before proceeding to checkout. This ensures they also receive important club updates and communications 📢

Step 4 – Checkout 💳 Once all family members have been added, complete the registration by proceeding to checkout.

Step 5 – Confirmation Email 📧

After registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing important season information. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t receive it.
