Little Athletics focuses on participation and teaching the fundamental skills of running, jumping, throwing, walking, and rolling. There’s something for everyone, and all athletes are encouraged to try a variety of events. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability.

Athletes remain with their age group throughout the program, guided by an age-group manager who supervises the group and escorts them to each event on the day’s schedule. Parents are encouraged to help out the age manager with measureing, recording, timing, retrival of shot put/ discus/ vortex/ Javilin. Saturday meets operate on a 3-week rotation cycle to ensure a variety of events. 

Each age group has an event set up duty which they are required to set up before our warm-up and announcements.
