2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)  & General Meeting

 

Our 2026 AGM and General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 23rd September at 6pm at the Callala Bay Progress Hall located at 75 Boorawine Terrace Callala Bay

Please see attached the AGM & General Meeting Agenda.

The AGM will include the election of the committee for the next 12 months and is a great opportunity for members to have a say in the future of our club.

If you are interested in joining the committee or would simply like to find out more about what is involved, please reply to this email to express your interest or have a chat with one of our current members.

During the meeting Blair will introduce our Club Focus Areas. These areas are not new but re-designed to give greater clarity to what we want to focus on as a club and help us work towards our goals and continued growth. Each area will be championed by a committee member, with opportunities  for other club members to get involved and contribute.  

We would love to hear from anyone who would like to get involved and help our club growing and thriving
