IMPORTANT TRIAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

ALL known absences (including holidays/school commitments etc) MUST be disclosed in your trial registration. Non-disclosure may result in the absence not being approved by the State Team Manager.

Applications from an injured candidate wishing to be considered for selection must be received by the State Team Manager before the trial date. The injured candidate is to provide a letter of recommendation from her coach, video evidence of the candidate's capabilities and a medical certificate. The medical certificate should indicate an expected return to full participation date.

Sub Juniors - 10 years & under

Juniors - 11-13 years old

Intermediates - 14 -17 years old

All trial attendees are required to bring their birth certificate and a signed acceptance of the State Team Policy (available on the CAWA Website) to the trial.

Acceptance of a position with the State Team, whether as a competitor, coach or member of personnel, means an acceptance of the State Team Agreement, Codes of Conduct & Policies.
