The CDBA Sprints is 100% volunteer-run, so we need your help to ensure this race goes smoothly. We hope each participating team can rally four (4) non-paddling volunteers to help out for volunteer shifts. We have two shifts, Shift A in the morning and Shift B in the afternoon. DO NOT WEAR JEANS, COTTON, OR FLEECE BECAUSE YOU WILL GET WET! You may wish to wear water-resistant shoes or go barefoot in the boats. Flip flops are NOT recommended in the boat.
Optional but recommended: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water gloves
Do not wear a watch or jewelry that you do not want to get wet
Bring a towel, change of clothes and shoes, water/sports drink, and lunch/snacks
