The training area has been checked for any significant and obvious defects or hazards on the track surface. However, I am aware that this inspection cannot be exhaustive in every detail. I must make my own checks, and satisfy myself that the surface, lighting and all other facilities are adequate for my purposes, and that my health and wellbeing will not be adversely affected in any way.

I acknowledge and understand the foregoing, and agree to participate at my own risk.
