A Naked Run?? Yes - but please keep your clothes on! It's just a run without all the technical devices that you may usually wear to record your run. A bit of fun to see how you can judge your speed and distance to be closest to your predicted finish time. So leave your watches and phones at the start line as you try to run the time that you predicted for yourself. It doesn't have to be a race. You may decide to try a low heart rate run, a tempo run, an absorption run, a walk. But you be the judge and tell us how long it's going to take you. There may even be a small reward for the one who is most "correct"!

Dress theme will be "Christmas", but is not mandatory.

It would be great if we could all bring along a plate to share for morning tea.
