Event Waiver

All registrations fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event of extreme weather and/or Byron Shire Council close the track due to localised flooding, the meet will be postponed and entries automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

The event will be run strictly in compliance with Byron Shire Council, NSW Health regulations, and World Athletics competition rules as in place on the date of the meet (17 October 2026).
