With the revitalised weather change back to the warmer sunny month of February, don't miss your team’s spot in this limited access event.

Each (non-local) 3-person team must purchase a 3 bedroom Bungalow for three nights at the Sebel Resort Busselton as a condition of entry to the tournament. This is crucial as without these bookings there will be no tournament.

Please note that these bungalows can sleep 6 people so organise yourself and your team members, partners and friends for a lovely stay and glorious facilities at an attractive rate. 

Entrants will be prompted to note their 2 other team members upon registration along with the Sebel booking reference number. 

Registration includes tournament entry, our limited release tournament towel, drinks package (both adult beverages/sports beverages and carbonated refreshments), and snacks/nibbles throughout play and the fully catered presentation dinner on SUNDAY NIGHT by our local in house Smoking Bull BBQ genius Chris Richards. 

Cash prizes will be offered so play hard have fun and earn yourself a cheap weekend out with your squash families and friends.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When will the catered Presentation Dinner be held?
The catered Presentation Dinner will be held on SUNDAY night, 7 February 2027.

Q: Why do I need to stay at The Sebel to play?
If the club does not reach the required threshold of players staying onsite, The Sebel will not authorise the use of the venue.

Q: Can I stay somewhere else and still enter the tournament?
No. Accommodation bookings at The Sebel are in lieu of chargeable venue hire. Without sufficient accommodation bookings, we do not have a venue to host the tournament.

Q: Why can I only book per team? Why not as an individual?
This Masters tournament is a team event for teams of three, with each team linked to an accommodation booking.

Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 30 December 2026 for accommodation and tournament fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.

Q: Can other people stay in my accommodation too?
Yes. Spouses, friends and family are welcome to stay in your accommodation, provided the maximum bedding/occupancy requirements are not exceeded.

Q: Can my drink tokens be used on products other than beer and wine?
Yes. Non-alcoholic drinks such as sports drinks and soft drinks can also be purchased using drink tokens on a 1:1 basis.

Two drink tokens = one can of spirits.

Q: If I run out of drink tokens, can I purchase additional drinks?
Yes, subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

Q: Can you accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian options for the Presentation Dinner?
Yes. Please advise us of any dietary requirements when submitting your entry.
