2026 Junior Fixtures: Event Waiver and Consent

By participating in the 2026 Junior Fixtures at Bundaberg Table Tennis, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photograph and Video Consent
I understand that I may be photographed and/or filmed during the season, including matches and presentations. If I do not consent to being photographed, I will inform the organiser prior to the event. I understand that these images and footage may be used by Bundaberg Table Tennis for promotional purposes, including social media, the club’s newsletter, and other communications.
