By participating in the Smash & Serve: Bundaberg Business Cup at Bundaberg Table Tennis, on behalf of our team, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photograph and Video Consent
I understand that our team may be photographed and/or filmed during the season, including matches and presentations. If all or some of players in our team do not consent to being photographed, I will inform the organiser prior to the event. I understand that these images and footage may be used by Bundaberg Table Tennis for promotional purposes, including social media, the club’s newsletter, and other communications.
