⚠️ Before You Register

Please check the following before submitting your entry — this will save you time and avoid entry errors:

1. ✅ Tournament Conditions (below) — especially eligibility and the one-event-per-timeslot rule
2. ✅ Tournament Timetable (below) — to confirm your events don't clash
3. ✅ Club Rating List — view your rating here — used to check which rating-based event you're eligible for.
   • This list is a guide only, mainly for players without a Ratings Central ID, or players who haven't played a Ratings-Central-based tournament in a while (shown in red).
   • If you played the QLD Vets or currently play in club fixtures, please check your rating directly on Ratings Central instead.

💰 Entry Fees & Payment

• Entry fee: $7.00 per event, capped at a maximum of $35.00 total
• Entries are only confirmed once fees are paid by the closing date (14 August, 5:30 PM)
• Online payment is preferred
• Cash may be accepted in exceptional circumstances where online payment isn't available to the player — contact the Tournament Organiser to arrange this

⚠️ Made a Mistake on Your Entry?

If you need to change or add events, do NOT submit a second entry with just the change.Re-submit a brand new entry with ALL the events you wish to enter — old and new combined.

Example: You entered Events 1, 3, 5, 29 — but now want to swap Event 5 for Event 7, and add Event 31. ➜ Re-submit one new entry with all five events: 1, 3, 7, 29, 31.

After re-submitting, email admin@bundytt.org.au to request deletion of your old/incorrect entry.

🔑 Key Eligibility & Entry Rules

• Membership: Entrants must be Club Play or Club Comp members of Bundaberg & District TTA Inc. — except for the unofficial events (35–38: PingPongParkinson & Special Olympics events).
• Event 34 (Friday Social Doubles): Open only to members who have played Friday Social sessions at least three times in 2026.
• One event per timeslot: You may only enter ONE age group or grade in each scheduled timeslot (e.g. U9 or U11; Junior Open Doubles or Junior Under 800 Doubles; Mixed Open Doubles or U1100 Doubles). Check the Timetable below carefully before ticking your events.
• Female players: eligible to enter graded events where gender isn't specified, or the corresponding Women's Singles event — not both.
• Age calculation:
  • Junior age events are calculated as at 1/1/26 — e.g. to play U13, the player must have been under, or turning, 13 years of age on 1/1/26.
  • Veteran age events are calculated as at 31/12/26 — e.g. to play O60, the player must have turned at least 60 by the end of 2026.
• Lodging your entry is considered acceptance of all Tournament Conditions.

Starting times are approximate. Please report to the control table at least 15 minutes before your first event each day — late arrival may lead to default.

Certificates of Achievement will be awarded to all winners and runners-up on the day following completion of each event.
