Nominate for the 2025 Cree Shield Competition

The annual Bulls v Bears Intercity Shield (formerly known as Cree Shield) Competition between Bundaberg and Rockhampton is back! This year, we're travelling to Rockhampton and we’d love to have you join us in representing Bundaberg.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, 8 November 2025
• Location: Rockhampton Table Tennis Club
• Schedule:
  • 12:00 PM: bus departs to Rocky.
  • 5:00 PM: Barbeque (provided by the club, drinks excluded)
  • 6:30 PM: Competition begins
  • 10:00 PM: bus returns to Bundaberg.

Competition Format:

• Teams of 3 or 4 players (depending on the number of nominations)
• Format similar to our club fixtures
• Maximum of 6 teams

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, enjoy some friendly competition, and connect with fellow players.

Important Note:

While we encourage all fixture players to nominate, please be aware that team spots are limited. Final team selection will be based on the Selection Panel's decision to ensure a balanced and competitive lineup. Nominating does not guarantee a spot, but we value every nomination and appreciate your enthusiasm!

How to Nominate

Simply write your name on the form at the canteen counter to nominate for the competition. Be sure to submit your nomination before Sunday, 2 November 2025, at 4:30 PM.
