Calling all Division 1 & 2 players and committed club members! This Winter, take advantage of our Adult Holiday Training Sessions—designed for serious players who want to level up their game during the break.

Whether you're preparing for upcoming fixtures or just want to clean up your technique, these sessions will help you train with intent and precision.

🗓️ Session Schedule:

• Sunday (29 June): 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (30 June, 2 & 3 July): 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Training Areas:

✔ Forehand & Backhand Topspin – Fix common errors to improve consistency, spin, and control.
✔ Serving Mastery – Understand what makes an effective serve and how to apply it in match play.
✔ Pushes & Blocks – Understand their roles in modern play and how to use them effectively for control and disruption.
✔ Decision-Making Under Pressure – Know when to attack, block, or change the tempo based on the situation.
