RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE & DRAW AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket for the 2027 BHA Personal Carpark Raffle ("Raffle"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Presence Required to Win
To be eligible to win any prize, the ticket holder must be present at the time of the drawing. Drawings will take place on 12th September following the Division 1 Men's Grand Final.
2. Drawing Process & Unclaimed Prizes
If a winning ticket number is called and the ticket holder is not present to claim the prize within 2 minutes, the ticket will be declared void. Subsequent tickets will be drawn immediately until an eligible winner who is present claims the prize. No redraws will be conducted after the event concludes.
3. Eligibility & Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once drawn. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and claim a prize.
4. Prize Conditions & Liability Release
Prizes are accepted "as is" with no warranties expressed or implied. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Bundaberg Hockey Association, its officers, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Raffle or the acceptance/use of any prize.
