Renewing your Membership - BSYC

Fees are due on the 1st August and must be paid prior to sailing at BSYC or at other clubs. Boats with unfinancial crew members will not be recorded in race results.
You will need an Australian Sailing (AS) Number in order to become a member – you can look it up here: AS Number Finder

Membership Categories
Senior (sailing) - $660* -Persons over the age of 18 includes club race fees volunteer levy
Senior Sailing without fees - $485* - Persons over the age of 18 who wish to sail,  includes volunteer levy.
Senior Sailing Concession - $355* - Students, Pensioner Concession Card and Sailabilty includes club race fees and volunteer levy.
Junior - $305 - Persons under the age of 18 as at 1st May in the current year includes race fees and coaching levy
Affiliate - $355* - Persons who are financial members of another affiliated , not including race fees 
Senior (non sailing) - $80 - Persons over the age of 18 who do not wish to sail

Membership Notes
- Elected life members and permanent members will be renewed automatically. Those who wish to sail please contact the office.
- The Volunteer Levy of $55* (senior sailing) will be refunded to the member’s card after attendance at a working bee or other activity as advised by the Management Committee.
- Family discount 15% is available to families with 2 or more sailing members residing together. Please contact the office for your refund.
- Payments plans are available to members who have difficulty paying. An application in writing is required by management.
- Non members can apply for membership of BSYC by filling in the application form below and returning to the office.
- Short term temporary membership is available to persons participating in regattas organised by the club.
- All adult members will recieve a membership card that enables 10% discount on drinks and meals. 

- Sailing members agree to abide by and be bound by the Sailing Instructions of Brighton & Seacliff Yacht Inc as published at the time of the race.

Boat Storage Online  is payable with your membership renewal.
By storing a boat at the club, and/or paying the applicable storage fee, you agree to be bound by the storage terms and conditions.
