This one-day course will teach you the essential knowledge and skills needed to safely begin your wingfoiling journey.
The course is a great introduction for anyone wanting to experience the thrill of wingfoiling for the first time, learn the basics, build confidence on the water, and have lots of fun while learning a new water sport.
Some key learning areas include:
- Wing setup and board setup
- Board handling and control
- Wing handling and control
- Basic steering and turning
- Getting up and riding
- Introduction to foiling
- First take-offs
- Maintaining lift
- Controlling speed & stopping
- Self-rescue techniques
- Safety on the water
All safety and wingfoiling equipment is included.
