This course is designed for sailors who have completed Day One of Adult Learn to Sail Sundays.

Build on the skills and knowledge gained in day one as you learn to sail faster and with more confidence around a course. You’ll further develop techniques such as mastering the tiller extension, completing a man-overboard drill, and perfecting your capsize recovery.

Sailing theory will be further introduced along the way, but most of the day is spent gaining hands-on experience on the water, having lots of fun! Successfully completing day two will see you awarded an Australian Sailing Certificate. SYLLABUS

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a dinghy. All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Start Sailing 1 And Start Sailing 2 completion certificate.
