Welcome to Brisbane Sailing Squadron
The Brisbane Sailing Squadron was established in 1921 and recently celebrated 100 years of sailing on Brisbane river.
The club is a volunteer run, family orientated club offering high quality sailing in Lasers, 16 Foot Skiffs, 125, Optimist and Sabot dinghies and a comprehensive Junior Sailing Program for 7-16 year olds from beginners to advanced.
The club is located at Vic Lucas Park in Bulimba on the southern bank of the Brisbane River.

Our 2024/2025 Sailing Program has been released kicking off with Heat 1 of the Club Championships on the 7th September, and a revised format of 2 race formats, and longer passage races

Lord Mayors Cup Regatta 2024
Save the date, the Lord Mayors Cup regatta will be held on Saturday 26th October as the traditional yardstick event, and combine a revised format with a regatta continuing into Sunday 27th. The NoR is expected to be released at the end of July.
