Brisbane Table Tennis Association Inc. is a democratically run not-for-profit organisation that has operated for over 50 years!

Each year we meet to at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to discuss how our club is going and elect the group of members who will sit on our committee to guide the club forward into the future.

We invite you to attend our AGM this Wednesday 29th October from 7:00PM. You can attend in-person, or email admin@brisbanetabletennis.org.au (by 28th October at the latest) to request a link to join the meeting via Google Meet where you will still be able to vote.

Everyone is welcome, but only club members will have voting rights. If you are an SEQ member looking to transfer your membership to BTTA to nominate or vote, please contact us.

The roles available for election this year are:

• Vice-President (2 year term)
• Treasurer (2 year term)
• 3x General Council Member (2 year term)

1. Receive and consider the Minutes of the previous Annual meeting.
2. The receiving of the Council reports and financial statements;
3. The receiving of the auditor's report upon the books and accounts for the preceding financial year;
4. The election of members of the Council;
5. The appointment of an auditor;
6. The appointment of a patron;
7. The appointment of a life member of the Association;
8. General business
