This year’s Junior Bandits Academy Winter Program will be one program divided into three distinct phases. We want to start the educational process for both athletes and parents to get everyone on the right path from a younger age and ensure no one has to play catchup when they reach higher levels.
Phase 1
Intro to Strength & Conditioning and Educational Workshops
Phase 2
On-field Instruction and Position-specific Workouts
Phase 3
A mix of Games and On-field Instruction
Program Size
The JL BAWP Group will be strictly limited to 30 participants.
Program Dates
The JL BAWP starts July 14th, 2022 and runs twice a week on Thursday nights and Sunday mornings for eight weeks, ending on September 4th, 2022.
Program Location
The venues for this year’s Bandits Academy Winter Programs:
- Viticon Stadium (Holloway Field) in Newmarket
- The Bupa National Cricket Centre in Albion (wet weather backup).
Program Schedule
• Thursday Nights: 7pm -9pm
• Sundays: 11am - 1pm
