Intro to Roller Derby with BRDL (Single Session)
If you missed our Come and Try day but would like to see what Roller Derby is about, then then this is the day for you!! Join the first week of our Intro to Derby class for just $10!

Never skated before? We’ll teach you all you need with support every step of the way. Keen to get back on wheels? Come join the fun!
We have skates and safety gear in a wide range of sizes for you to borrow, or you can bring your own.

️ WHENIntro To Roller Derby - Single Session - Sunday 1st June 1.30pm - 3:00pm
We recommend rolling up (pun intended) around 10-15 minutes prior so that you can get all the gear you need without any pressure!
If you want to continue to our Intro to Derby course, it will be an additional 6 weeks of sessions on Sundays 1:30-3:00pm
COSTIntro to Roller Derby - Single Session
- Cost is $10 per person (including gear hire)
If technology isn't your forte and you are unable to purchase a ticket online, simply turn up and our team of friendly volunteers will get your sorted.
If you decide to continue with Intro to Derby (additional 6 weeks of training), the fees will be:
* Skate and safety gear hire (free)
* Skate Australia insurance ($53)
- This covers you for the entire year & is a one off fee
* Six weeks of training & support with a qualified coach ($60)
Total of $123
If you successfully complete the eight-week Intro to Derby program (attending at least six sessions) and sign up for derby after that, you can choose from two special ‘welcome’ bonuses:
- A derby-quality S1 helmet and knee pads set (retail value $300) OR
- First three months of derby training free (value $150)
