Volunteer opportunities
To ensure the event runs smoothly, we are inviting club members to register as volunteers. Whether someone can spare a few hours or a few days, every contribution is valuable and greatly appreciated.

Please share the volunteer registration form below with your members and encourage anyone interested to complete it. 

The form is quick and easy to fill out, collecting basic information about availability and preferred roles. It is not a firm commitment at this stage and we will follow up with confirmed details closer to the event.

Members who are also participating in the Games are more than welcome to volunteer as well. We’ll coordinate around game times once the final draw is released.

A wide range of roles are available, and full training will be provided for any specialist positions to ensure all volunteers feel confident and supported. 

Volunteers contributing five hours or more will receive a small thank-you pack as a token of our appreciation.

It’s not too late to get involved on the diamond! Team entries remain open until 19 September, and there is no team entry fee, just the individual player registration cost.
