🌎 World Squash Day Bondi NSL Team Challenge

We're bringing the exciting NSL team format to Bondi for a fast, social and competitive team challenge. Grab your mates, build a team and get ready for 50 minutes of non-stop squash! Non members welcome

How it works

• 4 Division (1500+, 1100-1500, 800-1100, 500-800) with 4 teams of 3 players in each one and every team must have 1 female player
• Each match is 50 minutes and matches are split into 3 periods:
  15 minutes – worth 1 point
  15 minutes – worth 1 point
  20 minutes – worth 2 points
• The team with the highest score at the end of each period wins the points.
• Teams can make 1 substitutions in the 1st & 2nd period and 2 subs during the final period (each individual player must play a minimum of 15 minutes per match)
• Each team gets one 90 second power play in periods one and two and two in period three. During that time only the power-play team serves and scores.
• The team with the most points at the end of the 50 minutes wins!
• If there is a tie Players face off for one rally in lineup order and first team to 3 wins!
