Coach Herbie will be running a workshop on Sunday, 23 August at Iceworld Boondall. The session will commence at 11:00 am following the training session.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

1. Blade sharpening
2. Looking after your equipment
3. Safety on and off the ice
4. Goal setting
5. Preparing for your next competition (including attendance and expectations)
6. Upcoming event – Australian Open Championships
7. Developing the right mindset 
8. Staying motivated and focused

This workshop is designed to help skaters and parents better understand the importance of preparation, equipment care, and the mental aspects of training and competition.

We encourage all parents and skaters to attend, as there will be plenty of useful information and opportunities to ask questions.
