What a South East Regional Championships for our club members! We had competition PB's and we had many of our members on the winning podium!

Eva, Lynda, Kristy, Ben W, Wendy, Tim, Georgia, Kent, Terra, and Registered Member, Chris also picked up medals!

Great club support of each other and fantastic to see some of our new memebrs 'giving it a go' - we are a sport - definition of 'sport' is...an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others!
