Further to our "Update" email 21/09/2024, please find below further details re our BHHC Juniors Presentation Day.

Baulkham Hills Hockey Club invites all junior players and their families and guests to celebrate the 2024 season with us on Saturday 26th October 2024 at Baulkham Hills Sports Club.  It's a great time to catch up with team-mates, acknowledge achievements and milestones, and share some of those on-field moments we've captured through the sideline camera lens.

This is a catered event, so ALL attendees will be required to order a meal from the Menu Selection Form below. We have arranged for a meal each this year instead of platters, so we trust that all will see the value of their $20 (adult or child over 13yo) or $12 (child 12 years or under) entry fee and meal. Drinks to be purchased separately.  ***PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLICK THE RED "RSVP" BUTTON ABOVE, AND ALSO ON THE LINK/QR CODE FOR MEAL SELECTIONS BELOW*** Registered Junior Players, Team Coaches and Managers attend at NO COST.  ALL accompanying guests: $20 per Adult, $12 per Child 12 years or under.  Families with children across multiple age-groups only need to register once. Please include guests on only one child's meal selection form.

To meet function room capacity requirements, the event will be staggered across 3 sessions by age-group.  The current published times may be subject to change once attendee numbers are confirmed.

Please RSVP, together with your guests, by Saturday 19th October 2024 to allow us to confirm venue booking details and catering.  For players qualified across multiple teams, you are welcome to attend both presentation sittings - please RSVP to your base team timeslot.  If you are unfortunately unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you could please register your non-attendance for the event also (click the RSVP button for all options).
