Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Berrinba Runners Inc is where you can:

• Vote to elect members of the new management committee (*see below)
• Find out about the operations and finances of Berrinba Runners Inc
• Speak about any items on the agenda
• Vote to accept the minutes of the last AGM as a true and correct record of the proceedings of that meeting
• Vote to adopt the treasurer’s annual report
• Vote to adopt the annual financial statements

A General Meeting will immediately follow the AGM.

It is estimated the General Meeting will commence at around 12:30pm and we should be finished up by 1-1:30pm
