Great conditions at AVSL Round 2 saw three of our athletes smash Geelong Centre records in sensational style!

🏃‍♀️ Melissa Foot lit up the track in the 50+ category, setting two new records:
🔹 100m – 13.95 PB (previous record - 14.19, Wendy Talbot, 2010)
🔹 200m – 29.56 (previous record - 29.87, Jacinta Burns, 2020)

🔥 Miller Smith bettered his own U18 400m Hurdles (83cm) record with an impressive 53.04, improving on his 53.58 set back on the 8th of February this year.

💥 Josh Unthank stormed through the 3000m with a 19-second PB of 8:27.59, setting new records for both:
🔹 U19 & U20 – breaking the long-standing record of 8:31.1 held by Lee Troop (1991).
