                                   ALL OTHER REGISTRATIONS

1. NEW MEMBERS

• If you have NOT registered for softball before,  click "NEW MEMBER" below and complete the online form.

2. RETURNING MEMBERS

• If you have been a member before and were registered in the revSPORT system, you will need your Softball ID number.
• You can find your Softball ID via your registration email from last season. Alternatively send a request to bearssoftballclub@outlook.com 
•  Once you have that, you can follow the link for "RETURNING MEMBERS" and complete your online registration.
• If you register without your Softball ID number, you may create a duplicate record and you might pay more for registration than you need to.

3. DO YOU WANT A CLEARANCE?

• If you wish to CHANGE CLUBS PERMANENTLY and register with BEARS, you will need to get a CLEARANCE.from your previous CLUB
• You will need your SOFTBALL ID NUMBER
• You can find your Softball ID via your registration email from previous club. Alternatively request the informations via bearssoftballclub@outlook.com
• To get a CLEARANCE and change your club to BEARS, continue below by clicking on RETURNING MEMBER.
• The system will recognise that you are registering for a club other than your PREVIOUS CLUB, and start the process for a  CLEARANCE.
• Once APPROVED, you will receive an email to complete registration and pay fees at your NEW CLUB -BEARS

4. DO YOU WANT A PERMIT?

• If you don't want to change from BEARS,  but wish to play for another club in addition to BEARS, you need a PERMIT.
• To get a PERMIT you must be registered for BEARS FIRST. Then click on RETURNING MEMBER for the other Club you are playing for under PERMIT
• You will need your SOFTBALL ID NUMBER
• You can find your Softball ID  via your registration email from last season. Alternatively send a request to bearssoftballclub@outlook.com  
• NOTE:-If you are asked for a CLEARANCE and you want a PERMIT,  it means you have not renewed with your BEARS in the current season.
• Renew your membership with your BEARS first then register with your PERMIT CLUB as a RETURNING MEMBER. The system will recognise that you are registered  with BEARS  and start the process for a  PERMIT.
• Once APPROVED, you will receive an email to complete registration in the PERMIT CLUB and pay any fees if applicable
