2026 Bayside Powerhouse Saints Hockey Club Registration Guide

Registration Steps

Follow these simple steps to ensure a successful submission of your Hockey Victoria & BPS Registration:

1. If you were a Hockey Victoria registered playing member in the 2025 season, click on RETURNING Member. If you are new to Hockey, click NEW Member.
2. Choose the appropriate registration* based on your age and competition. Prices include Hockey Victoria & Hockey Australia Levies.
3. Fill in your details or update if renewing.
4. Tick the volunteering section. We appreciate our volunteers! 5 hours of volunteering is all that is required to be eligible for the Hockey Tasker rebate (see below for further details).
5. Complete Registration or renewal process.

*For those eligible for the Student/Concession Card rates, please contact the Treasurer to receive your unique discount code.

Once these steps are done, you've successfully registered as a Bayside Powerhouse Saints Hockey Club Member.

Please note that for the 2026 season, fees are required to be paid up front as follows:

PL full fees due by 3^rd of March 2026

All other Senior & Masters fees due by 15^th of March 2026

All Junior fees due by 31^st of March 2026

For player’s experiencing financial hardship, please contact either the Club President (president@baysidehockey.com.au) or Club Treasurer (treasurer@baysidehockey.com.au) to discuss your situation.

Methods of payment include bank transfer and card payments. Please note, if you choose to pay by card, there will be applicable transaction fees payable by the member (2.0% + 1.60 AUD per transaction).

Hockey Tasker Levy & Rebate

All playing fees include a BPS Hockey Tasker levy of $125. Members have the opportunity to earn back the levy by volunteering their time throughout the season, by undertaking tasks deemed eligible by the Club as specifically needed to help the club operate or save money. All that is required is a minimum of 5 hours throughout the entire season!

Please note, the Hockey Tasker levy is applied per family not per member. Please contact the Treasurer to request your code for the Family Levy discount prior to registering.

All eligible rebates will be processed before the start of the 2027 season.

Don't forget to visit the Stack Team App shop (labelled Store) to buy BPS Merchandise (beanies, scarfs, sticks etc.)
