Route

Leaving Barnstaple Rd, Five Dock, we ride to Meadowbank and follow the Parramatta Valley Cycleway to Parramatta for a cafe stop.  

Return via the M4 Cycleway and Sydney Olympic Park.

A fairly flat ride, mostly on shared paths and quiet streets.
