Leaving the carpark on William St Five Dock, opposite the club we ride through Rhodes , Meadowbank  and onto the Parramatta Valley Cycleway (PVC).  We do a loop around Parramatta Park and take morning coffee/tea In Parramatta CBD. Return via new shared path along light rail and PVC to Silverwater Bridge then into SOP..

A fairly flat ride, mostly on shared paths and quiet streets.
