This form is for parents or support adults who will be attending the State Camp.
It helps us confirm attendance numbers, manage catering and logistics, and organise volunteer support.
If you are attending the camp, a $60 contribution applies per parent/support adult.
If two parents or support adults will be attending, each adult must complete a separate registration form and pay the $60 contribution.
