Bacchus Marsh Running Club Inc. - Annual General Meeting:

Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Venue: Stoney’s Club, 59 Grant Street, Maddingley

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:

• Welcome and approval of register of current financial members eligible to vote, proxies and apologies.

• 2023.24 Annual Report of the Club, including the Annual Financial Statements.

• Announcement of election results or conduct the elections of the Executive and General Committee positions at the meeting for:

President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee
