We have a number of winter sailing dates comming up and we look forward to the Club’s Annual Presentation day on the 15th, with a special note to thank our many volunteers. The men’s change room upgrade is well underway to be ready for the start of next Season.
The club house is also getting good use during the week with Clareville Fitness and Meredith Rasdall's Visual Art classes providing some welcome revenue for the club. Presentation Day Sunday 15 June 3pm
Kids, Adults, Centreboard & Yachts
The season’s awards will be presented after Winter Sailing on Sunday June 15th at 3pm.
Awards will be presented for most enthusiastic and most improved in Blue & Red Groups, along with spring, summer and club championships for all centreboard classes. Awards are also presented to the winners of each yacht series along with a couple of trophies for fastest yacht etc. Centreboard & Yacht racers will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places.
This is an important day for us to acknowledge members who volunteer as well as those who have achieved outstanding sailing results. Awards for top male, female & family sailors as well as a number to recognise those who have contributed most to the club. We’ve had many nominations for our most prestigious award, the Ryves Shield.
So please join us on the 15th, support the club and show your appreciation for those who have excelled. You might have an award to pick up yourself ! The BBQ will be on & the bar open to enjoy our great location on a winter’s afternoon.
