Did you know that bouldering and waterskiing use a lot of the same muscles? This makes it an excellent training sport for when you want to come out on the water with us! 

 

We had to cancel our Come and Try days the last two weekends due to poor weather, and to make up for it, we're holding a lil get together at Urban Climb to come and meet some new club members and existing members. It's great fun, and an excellent workout on a day that has poor weather. We'd love to see you there!
