Welcome to the first Adelaide University ski trip!

This year we will be returning to Falls Creek, and staying at Halleys Lodge. All skill levels are encouraged to come, from begineer to expert. Your ticket will include 5 nights accomodation, a 4 day ski lift pass, breakfast and dinner every day, both bus rides, and equiptment hire (helmet, boots and snowboard / skis and poles). Extra equipment hire such as a jacket and pants will be available for $50, along with an essentials pack (gloves, hat, socks, goggles and head band) for $120 extra. 3 group lessons are also available for an extra $283 per person, which is a brilliant deal and highly recommended for new skiers/snowborders (or those who have not been for a while).

The total cost of the trip will be $2400, not including the lessons and the clothes hire if needed. You will pay a deposit of $400 on the day of ticket release, Friday March 6th at 10am - this deposit is essential to secure your place on the trip. From then, you will pay four equal payments of $500 (or slightly more if lessons/essentials pack are bought). The first quarter will be due on Friday the 20th of March, and from then payments will continue fortnightly. You will be emailed invoices regarding the fortnightly payments. They are strict due dates.

We will be travelling via overnight bus, arriving at the slopes Tuesday the 14th of July at midday. Once everything is placed in the accomodation and we sort out our equiptment hire, you will be free to explore the lodge and Falls Creek. Some attendees decide to pay for an extra half day pass, to get familiar with the slopes before four whole days of skiing. On the final day (Sunday the 19th), we will be packing up and heading back to Adelaide, arriving in the early morning of Monday the 20th of July.

!!Make sure you get a membership before buying a ticket!! This will provide you with acess to both the snow ski club and the university sport benefits, reducing your ticket price, and providing insurance for your trip. For those who do not manage to buy a ticket in time, there will be a waitlist, and multiple people from the waitlist are likely to still get a ticket so make sure you sign up! If you still don't end up getting a ticket there are still multiple possible events for you to go to and make use of your membership.
