⭐We will be having our AGM on the 30th April from 6.30PM-8PM.
This will be held in the Union House Exercise Studio with training to begin afterwards from 8PM-10PM. 

As a paid and registered member of AUFeC, you have voting rights at the AGM. We will need half of all voting members to attend in person or by proxy to meet the quota requirements of a successful AGM. If you are unable to attend, you can choose another registered member as your representative to vote on your behalf by proxy. 

🎉 We encourage all members to attend the AGM for the opportunity to provide input on how you would like AUFeC to be run and any feedback you may have! You will also have the opportunity to nominate yourself or other AUFeC members for committee roles, helping to shape the club into how you want it!
